On the day
When we tap on particular acupressure points on the body, and talk about our feelings, we have the ability to reduce stressors.
In this 3hr EFT Experience, we will be learning about EFT, and enjoy Tapping and Journalling.
The benefit of coming is to firstly release, and then relax. When we release emotional build up, it can be quite a relief to the body, and the body can use its resources better.
EFT works on a broad range of emotions, everyday tensions and also our beliefs.
Please bring –
- a cushion or mat
- a soft blanket
- a refillable water bottle
- a journal and pen
- a pair of socks & layered clothing (no shoes allowed in room)
- A warm soul soothing soup will be provided. Please advise of any dietary requirements ie/ can’t eat garlic or capsicum, vegetarian or vegan etc.
